2008 Chardonnay DESCRIPTION Soft peach and melon flavors are evident on an attractive nose. These graceful tropical characters follow through on the palate, with a soft clean crisp acidity that is complemented by the judicious use of oak. The result is a soft smooth well-integrated wine, which is easy drinking. REGION: Padthaway districts of South Australia SERVING DIRECTIONS: Serve Chilled to between 6-10 C FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Ideal as a pre dinner relaxer or eaten with fish & Crustaceans also well suited to hot and spicy Asian dishes Salads Light Meats & Pork Tropical fruits CELLARING RECOMMENDATIONS: This wine will peak over the next 12-18 months and should be consumed within 3 years of vintage. 2008 Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon, Padthaway DESCRIPTION Elegant is the word and elegant is the style of this masthead wine from Koala Blue, Light oak nose and berry aromas with a hint of tobacco. The wine is nicely rounded with a long lingering finish. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to a wide variety of foods.
