2005 Chardonnay DESCRIPTION Soft peach and melon flavors are evident on an attractive nose. These graceful tropical characters follow through on the palate, with a soft clean crisp acidity that is complemented by the judicious use of oak. The result is a soft smooth well-integrated wine, which is easy drinking. REGION: Riverland & Padthaway districts of South Australia SERVING DIRECTIONS: Serve Chilled to between 6-10 C FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Fish & Crustaceans Spicy Asian dishes Salads Light Meats & Pork Tropical fruits CELLARING RECOMMENDATIONS: This wine will peak over the next 12-18 months and should be consumed within 3 years of vintage. 2004 Shiraz DESCRIPTION Berry aromas with a hint of cherries combine with red Berry aromas with a hint of cherries combine with red ensure a well-rounded finish to this easy drinking wine, which has a long lingering finish. It can be enjoyed on its own or as an accompaniment to a wide variety of foods.
